Golf Carts in Rome

I just saw a picture of 2 couples traveling in Rome, riding in a golf cart with helmets on. I have been looking for a place that rents golf carts in Rome and can't find any on the Internet. Do any of you have any information? Thanks

We are current in Rome and have yet to see a golf cart, I would not want to drive aa golf cart anywhere in Rome. Maybe on the edges but not in the city,
