Golden Air Reliability?

I've booked a shuttle from CDG to the Republique area for early May b/c Golden Air got good reviews (esp. from Rick, & also from queries here). However, I'm getting nervous about their having my CC info. I've written them twice to change the # of ppl from 5 to 7, & have heard nothing back...either from the 'contact us' part of the website or from the man who originally sent me a confirmation. I also asked about cancellation, just in case. The website says something like 48 hrs, I think....but getting no response to any questions makes me wonder if I'll be charged whether I show up or not, even if I cancel! Any first-hand experience with this??? Thanks.

Hi Jean--We used Golden Air last March with no problems. We were instructed to phone them to confirm our reservations 24 hours in advance, and we didn't have any trouble reaching them on the phone. Have you tried calling them?

Thanks, Elizabeth...no, I haven't called yet....kept thinking they "should" return my email (!) But I'll definitely call before we leave.

I tried contacting them by email (needed a quote for a larger party, several terminals) and haven't heard back in three weeks. Lots of good input from people here though so I wouldn't worry, but I'm booking with Bluvan because of this (also good recommendations). I know you shouldn't have to call, but you may have to.

Bonjour,

If you email adress finish with comcast or globalsbc , we have a probleme problem to reply.

I think it's for that you never receive a confirmation
