Back in those days before covid, I was signed up for a Best of the Adriatic Tour in 2020 with RS tours and had arranged a shuttle with Go-Opti for a transfer from Venice to Ljubljana for the start of the tour. We all the know the story. Tours had to be cancelled and all the arrangements that went with them, including this non-refundable transfer.
I am signed up for this tour again in 2022. I dug through my old emails and confirmations thinking maybe they would at least give me a discount this year if I could give them my old confirmation number. I was pleasantly surprised to click on that confirmation number and find a voucher good for 80% of the original amount that was good through 2023! I expected (and deserved) nothing. How nice to discover this voucher. It made me feel quite good about giving this company my business originally and in the upcoming year.
