We had our global entry interview this morning in St. Louis. It went very smoothly and the customs agent was so nice! Maybe it helped having my STL shirt on. Lol. Got our email back already.

Once you re-enter the USA with Global entry you will love it.!!! In the past we missed connecting flights home because we couldn't get through Immigration/customs in time to make our next flight. Since we went Global Entry that has never been a problem!

When we returned to the US last Sept, 2021, with Global Entry, we did not need our passports out or even need to place our hands down for fingerprints- it was ALL by facial recognition!!! The Global Entry machine did not need any other identifying info, no name, etc. Not sure is that's a great step forward or scary??!!
