My daughter started to fill out the Global Entry form. She finished page two, then it would not load page three. It is as if the site went down. She has had this problem for five days.
Has anyone else experienced anything like this?

Just a thought - try using a different device. Sometimes pages load differently on desktop vs phone vs tablet vs laptop. I’ve experienced this from time to time.

Occasionally, I have to use different browsers. For instance, I could not get the Eiffel Tower tickets page to allow me to buy tickets on Chrome. I had to use Safari and then it worked. I also cannot use VRBO on Chrome but it works fine on Safari. There are other sites that don't work on Safari but do work on Chrome. It's a toggle.
