Global Entry Account Suspended

Anyone else have this happen? How did you resolve it - phone numbers a little hard to come by.

I had my interview today and was told to look out for the official email. Sure enough, I got it and went to login but the system is v. cranky. After several failed attempts, the account was suspended. I have all the info they list in their FAQ should this happen, but how do I convey it? Of course, it would be a Friday evening...

I remember that they instructed that you must re-type the passcode they send you, not attempt to cut-and-paste it, as you might with many other web sites. I don't know what happens now, however.

Try calling the customer service phone line for Global Entry. This is supposed to be the magic number: 1-866-530-4172. No guarantees but it might work.

OK, first thing Monday morning, I will call that number. Thanks, for getting back to me. I will take care not to copy and paste. But, the user ID is what I use here. How many times do I type that wrong - NOT. I have noticed both at home and at work that their computer logins are tremendously sensitive - meaning messed up? I am open to concerns about user error, but this is a bit more than that. Some older posts online speak to issues with Chrome, etc. I am using Edge.

I will report back what I need to do to correct. Thanks.
