I arrived back into the US and made it from plane, through immigration and customs, and out of the terminal in five minutes. A new record for me. (JFK terminal 8)
But what was interesting is that there were seperate lines for Global Entry and Mobile Passport. The security person kept giving priority to those of us with Global Entry. She kept saying "Global before Mobile those are the rules."
The people on the Mobile passport line were not happy.

Gotta love Global Entry. Its wonderful to have when deplaning at LAX….or I call it “ hell on earth.”

Used it at IAD yesterday, it was still a zoo.
Pretty much my experience. First time ever this happened with Global Entry.
There was one CBP person checking both GE and MP. He checked my passport and asked me no questions.
But there were few others working the general line.
Remind me not to fly into IAD from outside the US.
Oh, boo hoo. We pay for Global Entry; Mobile Passport is free. They can wait.
