An Air France flight from SFO is scheduled to land at 11:50 a.m. At which terminal do these flights from the US arrive? I know the TGV station is under terminal 2, and am looking at how quickly someone may get to the TGV station to catch a train to Bordeaux.
Also, I am trying to find departure schedules for trains to Bordeaux from CDG (preferably TGV) and seem to find departures around 2 p.m., arriving in Bordeaux at around 4 p.m. I plugged in a November date to test. (The trip is for next June.) I hope I am navigating the SNCF site properly, as just over 2 hours seems like enough time to go through passport control, etc. Bags will be carry-on. The passengers will be a mom and two kids (9 and 12), all able to schlep their own bags, and deplaning from premium economy. Can anyone help with info for me? Merci mille fois.
They arrive at Terminal
2E
You'd make the TGV at 2 pm as long as the flight departs from SFO on time; if not you can change your ticket on the SNCF ap if you pay to have access to wifi during the flight or change it if you are sitting at the boarding gate waiting for a delayed flight to leave.
Terminal 2E has three large Gates/Halls: K, L and M; Air France likely use 2E Gates M. Take the free airport shuttle train CDGVAL to 2E Gates K where you go through passport control and customs. After collecting your luggage follows the steps describe in this website to TGV station located underground between 2E and 2C.

Indeed, with carry-on only, the odds of making it in 2hr 10min seem good!
As for the schedule: next year's schedule will soon be posted (on 5th October).
Thank you for your help. I will check next year's train schedule as soon as it appears. I want to make this transfer as hassle-free as possible for my hard-working daughter and my grandchildren. This will be a 10 day rest and recreation in the Dordogne for them and for us plus my son and his partner. It is a delayed 50th wedding anniversary gift for ourselves, and an 80th birthday celebration also. I will post in the France forum later for recommendations on sites, activities, etc. I already have a lovely gite reserved near La Roque Gageac which should be a comfortable and convenient base for us all. I am having a great time planning this trip!
