Getting from St. Goar, Germany to Brussels

Ending a Rick Steves tour in St. Goar and wondered how complicated it would be to go to Brussels after the tour. Thanks for any help

If by rail, go to Köln. From there, you can take either one of DB's twice daily trains to Brussels, or the hourly Thalys.
