There are four Eurocity trains that cross the mountains from Munich to Verona at 7:31, 9:31, 11:31, 13:31. The 11:31 train goes on from Verona to Venice at 18:10 (6h39 total). The other connections require a connection at Verona to another train to Venice and take about an hour longer. The connection from Prague to Munich will take 5-6 hours depending on the connection. There is a train leaving Prague at 5:10, changing at Schwandorf, getting into Munich at 11:15. That makes it a 13 hour day on the trains. I would break it up with an overnight stay in Munich, or take the night train from Munich to Venice (21:02-06:38). That connection would allow you to take the express bus to Nuernberg and ICE to Munich.

For flights, try German Wings or Lufthansa. I think you'll have to change flights in Germany, total flight time is probably around 7 hours. Sometimes when I need to fly within Europe, I look for flights via eDreams, a consolidator headquartered in Spain - have also booked with them before, with no problems. By the way, does 'Spore' stand for Singapore?
