Train, TGV or Plane? Seems everything stops in Paris or Tours. I am staying near Saumur.

For detailed train timetables go to www.bahn.de. Click on the drop-down menu in the upper right-hand corner for English. After you get summary timetables for Nice-Saumur, click on "Details for all" to see the connecting points. Depending upon the departure time chosen, some routes require changing in Paris but others don't.
