Im planing to visit Ireland in the later part of September or the beginning of October. I will be visiting and exploring alone, and therefore will not be renting a car, and will rely on the rail and bus system.
Currently my plan is to fly into Dublin and stay for two days, then head to Dingle for several days. Im slightly concerned about getting to Dingle though. It looks like there are SEVERAL rail stops along the way including transfer to a bus. I know the process wont be a quick one, but Im curious if its manageable for someone to be lugging all their luggage across the country alone.
Also, (this my be a silly concern) I was wondering if I will be switching trains at each of the stops, and where you put large suitcases while riding on the trains.
Thanks for any advice,
Liz
