Question: I'm flying to Frankfurt, Germany and must travel to Trier by train. Is that difficult to do. I don't speak any German. Also you have to change trains.

It takes about 2 and 3 quarters hours to over 4 hours depending on the route you choose and time of day and day of the week, leaving right from within the airport at Frankfurt right to the middle of Trier.
If you were more specific about date and time of your arrival I could help more.

And no, you don't need to speak German, it will be very easy to do when you work out which connection you wind up with.
No matter which way you will go you will have to change trains. It won't be all that hard.
