German Rail Pass and ICE train reservations

I just purchased a 4 day first class german rail pass for use in April. My home station will be Frankfurt. I know that some of the more popular ICE train routes require reservation. My question is: how do I reserve first class seating on ICE train if I have a paper german rail pass? Do I call Deutche Bahn? Can I do it on the website?? Thanks, Greg.

Only one ICE line requires a reservation, it's a special line from Berlin to Frankfurt called the ICE-Sprinter. It's easily avoidable, as it's only slightly faster than normal ICE trains on the same route, though. You can make reservations if you want to online easily though. On the main page of bahn.com you can enter the route and time you want, and below that is an option for "reserve a seat without buying a ticket". Just click that. You can use a credit card and print the reservation info at home.
