Hi,
I land at Gatwick at 6am on a Tues. with 4 others need to get to Travelodge City London 20 Middlesex Street. I did like Rick mentions in his back door book to use google maps. And I'm still confused with the passes flex and point to point. What is the best pass for us to get from airport to hotel 2 days in London (3 from my party will be going to the O2 arena) and then from hotel to St Pancras on our 3rd day to get into Paris. Thanks!

Many Travelodges do no have a luggage room, and it is unlikely your room will be ready so early. Have you checked? You may be able to leave your luggage at Victoria. It is worth having a plan.

Another alternative route would be to go via Blackfriars with Thameslink and then on by District/Circle, which would be slightly quicker and cheaper on average. If you enter the Gatwick Airport station with either Oyster/contactless payment you can take whichever comes first.
This particular Travelodge does have bag storage before and after stays, but it is limited in capacity, so if it already full you are out of luck.
