I'm taking the Eurostar from London to Paris arriving Gare du Nord then transfering to the TGV to Geneva, which I'm pretty sure leaves from CDG airport. Im wondering if anyone has traveled by bus from Gare du Nord to the airport and about how long it takes? It seems to be the RER B bus which takes 34 minutes, but I'm wondering about the door to door travel time?
The TGV to Geneva departs from Gare de Lyon station in the city center. Much closer than CDG:) Probably be best to take a taxi to the Lyon station. It's about a twenty minute trip.
A taxi, okay. That is a good idea, hopefully not terribly expensive.
If you're looking to save money the RER D line connects the two stations with direct service.
The RER is the suburban train system. In central Paris the lines run underground like the Metro. The ride on the RER D from Gare du Nord to Gare de Lyon takes 8 minutes. The fare is €1.70.
As far as I can see any TGV from CDG would require a connection to the train which came from Paris Gare de Lyon, usually in the city of Lyon. The RER from Gare du Nord to Gare de Lyon in Paris is not difficult.
8 minutes would be much better! Thanks for your help! I guess I need to figure out where my tgv leaves from since it seems I was mistaken.

Sarah, The method suggested by Tim is also the one I'd rrecommend. Use the RER "D" (direction Malesherbes / Melun) to get from Gare du Nord to Gare de Lyon, where you'll connect with the TGV to Geneva. Depending on which TGV you're able to connect with, the ride on direct trains on that route is 3H:05M (longer if there's a change). Reservations are of course complsory. Happy travels!
