If you're talking about the ferry across the Shannon River, you would drive from Galway to Killimer, take the ferry across the river, and drive from Tarbert to Tralee.

There is no ferry from Galway to Tralee. There is only a ferry across the River Shannon at Killimer, which goes to Tarbert. Then it's about an hour's drive to Tralee from there.
