First, to my knowledge, RVO buses are not included in a rail pass. You can, however, get an RVO Tagesticket (day ticket) for €9 per adult. You can get the schedule for RVO 9606 here. 9606 will take you between Fuessen and Garmisch with a stop in Oberammergau. At Oberammergau you'll need to change buses to bus 9622 for the 15 min ride to Linderhof. These schedules will also appear on the German Rail website. There are luggage lockers in Fuessen Bhf and at Garmisch-Partenkirchen. I don't remember lockers at Oberammergau. I think Linderhof will have someplace (www.linderhof.de > tourist info > general information) for you to stash luggage.

As for scheduling, you seem a little vague. Are you planning on starting in Fuessen that morning? Where? Actually in Fuessen? In Hohenschwangau? Or in one of the villages around Hohenschwangau? And you say 2 hrs "at" castle (I'm assuming you mean Neuschwanstein). You can't stay "in" Neuschwanstein for 2 hours. You can only go in as part of a tour that take about 35 min. If you bought your ticket in the morning at 8, when the kiosk opens, for one of the first English tours, that tour would probably start after 9, to give you time to get to the castle. Then you could probably get back down to the Hohenschwangau bus stop in time to catch the 9:53 bus to Oberammergau. (Actually it looks like there is a change of buses at Echelsbacher Bruecke, but it will only take a few minutes. The bus to Oberammergau will be waiting when you arrive.) That bus gets to Oberammergau at 11:02. The bus to Linderhof leaves Oberammergau at 11:20-11:25 and gets to Linderhof about 11:58. To catch the 14:04 train from Garmisch-Partenkirchen, you would have to leave Oberammergau at 12:40 (arr GaP at 13:26), which means arriving at Oberamergau at 12:24 on the bus that leaves Linderhof at 12:00. That's probably the same bus that brought you out from Oberammergau, just going back. You wouldn't even have time to take a picture of Linderhof.
