I have a question about the prices for the National Express Coach (bus). Is anyone familiar with funfare prices? I'm trying to bus tickets from London to Bath (round trip) for two people. If I the "funfare" option, my total is GBP 26 but that's the normal price for 1 person (round trip). But it says this is the price for two adults (round trip). It seems odd that it's quoting me a price that would normally be for one person. It does show another option (amendable not refundable) that lists the price as GBP 56 which makes more sense if it's for two people. Sorry I'm just confused and want to make sure I'm not missing anything. Thanks.
There is an FAQ on funfares on the national express website (www.nationalexpress.co.uk). Just enter funfare in the search box and you will see that funfares are the cheapest tickets they offer (and the other conditions). For instance, if you want to amend a funfare ticket, they actually advise you to check whether simply purchasing a new funfare ticket may be cheaper.
