Any suggestions as to mode of transport from airport to Hotel? What is reasonable for taxi service?

Ask you hotel for recommendation. There is shuttle service from the airport.

Chris, not sure exactly which hotel you're staying at, but we will be using this service: http://www.cedaz.cz/public-shuttle-bus-from-airport-to-prague-centre.php We are staying at the Hilton Old Town, and our hotel suggested this. It's only 120 CZK (about $7.00 pp.) It picks up from both terminals every 30 minutes. To give you an idea of prices for other services, I will give you the info that the hotel gave me. Unless you're staying at the Hilton, like us, this would only be a ballpark since I don't know if your hotel is further or closer than the Hilton. Private car service (arranged by Hilton): 890-CZK
Taxi: 650-CZK
