Going to Poland for a wedding, after which I'd like to head down to Prague for a couple of days and then on to Switzerland to visit my family. What's the best method?? Train, plane, bus or car? Time is not an obstacle, price is not either as long as it is within reason.
Depending on where in Poland you're at, getting to Prague is probably best on the train. If you're in a really rural area, where connecting to trains may be difficult, then you'll have to drive to save time and energy. From Prague to Switzerland (again, depending on where you're going), but for instance Zurich or Geneva, if you can find a cheap flight, I'd recommend that. You could also take the train, you'll have to change a few times, which drags out the length of the trip and may be somewhat interesting if you like watching the countryside whiz by.
We will be in and around Wroclaw, Poland and then going to Prague a few nights. From Prague it's down to Geneva to see the family. We were thinking bus or train to Prague and then catch a flight to Geneva.
