From Florence Bus Terminal to Hotel via Minibus

I read about the 90-minute round-trip joyride on the minibuses in Florence. At 1,20 Euro, the Electro #D is a far cheaper mode of transportation than a taxi from the station to Ponte Vecchio. We'll have luggage; can we jump on the minibus with it, and can we jump off at Ponte Vecchio? THANKS!
