Other than a taxi, is there a good way to get from the Dublin Airport to the Conrad Hotel in the center of Dublin?

This is the Conrad Hotel, yes? (not the Conrad Hilton) -- address: Earlsfort Terrace?
We generally use one of the airport bus options. You can put "Dublin Airport" as the origin and your hotel's address as the destination in as the search arguments here:
http://journeyplanner.transportforireland.ie
and it should show you some options for your travel.
