Hello! I have tried many ways to find out how to go to Rome from Cinque Terre. I should change the train
somewhere ,right ? In www.trenitalia.com it is likely

Yes, you will need to change trains.
The reason you are getting the "no solution" message on the Trenitalia site is that new timetables will go into effect throughout most of Europe on 13 June and Trenitalia hasn't uploaded theirs yet.
To get current timetables, enter a departure date for any Friday between now and 11 June. The new timetables won't change by more than a few minutes, if at all.

The easiest way to get to Rome from the Cinque Terre is the direct train (no changes) from La Spezia to Roma Termini. Travel time is as short as 3H:44M depending on which train you choose (the time listed is for the ES City train).
You can reach La Spezia easily from any of the villages by using the local train. Departure times are listed in the Italy Guidebook.
July 2 is a Friday, so using an arbitrary date of June 4th (also a Friday), I found a train departing La Spezia Centrale at 08:06, arriving Roma Termini at 11:50 (reservations compulsory, Second Class fare listed as €45.50). There are numerous trains on that route every day. The times listed are of course subject to change, but I don't expect they will change much.
It's a very easy and short trip.
