I will be going to Toulouse, Lourdes, Barcelona and Venice, may be Rome. How to get from Barcelona to Venice by train?

Don't.....fly. A train journey from Barcelona to Venice will take between 22 and 25 hours, with between three and six changes. Clickair, Myair, and Vueling all offer inexpensive flights on that route...far quicker, far cheaper, and far less frustrating than train.

When I investigated RR travel in that part of Europe several years ago, I gave up on it and rented a car.
Depends on your value of money vs. time.
Take your choice, but remember that trains go through hub cities, not directly, and take lots more time than you might expect.
Barcelona to Venice is 587 miles. That is a two-day trip at best. Flying is more practical.
