So as I sit here sucking my thumb, rocking and waiting to fly to Paris tomorrow, has anyone heard of a strike tomorrow at 8 p.m. with fr. air traffic controllers and what the HECK do you do???Oh geez!!

I looked at the air France website. There is no mention of an upcoming strike. There was one planned for July that didn't happen.

I was on a BBC online news site. It gave the date as today with the strike happening tomorrow at 8 p.m. I read other articles about a strike postponed in July but now I'm having trouble finding this again. I think someone planted this on my computer to just add to my stress ...=]

BBC was the first news site I checked; there's nothing there. At some point in looking around, I did see an article come up with today's date at the top, but the body of the article was discussing July.

There's no strike planned for air traffic controllers now. The last one planned was in July, and they ended up rescinding their appeal to strike even then.
