The trains are running, but you can't always buy a ticket. I tried to buy a ticket to Aix today at the Nice train station. The agent told me she couldn't sell me a ticket and that I should get on the train and pay the conductor. The agents that work on the platforms seem to be absent, so they may be the ones on strike. The trains seem to be running on schedule. It's all confusing.
