The first direct flight to Amsterdam today is at 12.40, Lufthansa. It will take you 1 hour to get to Amsterdam. And the last one today is at 17.45

There are direct trains every two hours from Frankfurt airport to Amsterdam Central station. Price to purchase a ticket on the spot is €125 in 2nd class. Booking ahead is cheaper for either flights or trains, but you have no protection if you miss the scheduled departure.
