We arrive in Frankfurt Airport on Lufthansa, and are taking the train from there to Bacharach. From some cursory research, I found that Lufthansa arrivals are on Level 1, with regional trains on Level 0.
With the above information, can you suggest a way to buy cellphones in the airport and still be able to smoothly get on the train?
