We are in Bayeux trying to get back to London. Our original train from Bayeux to Paris was cancelled due to strike. We have tickets on the 12:13 pm Eurostar from Paris to London. Any way to get to Paris except by train? We are told there are no buses.

Rent a car and drive, it's six hours if you push it.

All major transportation is on strike. Looks like car rental may be your only option! It took us six hours to get from Ventimiglia to Nice. We met someone at dinner that spent 8 hours in the airports for a one hour flight from Paris!
