Just bought at SNCF for the 6th, for anyone waiting for them to open up.
Speaking of French trains, I was just reading The Man's section on SNCF discount cards and, if I understood correctly, the Carte Avantage Senior is not only cheaper but has many fewer restrictions. Worth checking into if you are age appropriate.
If you use the carte, make sure you have ID such as passport on you if you happen to get a surly conductor like I did. He was quite disappointed when all my papers were in order.
Not old enough but thanks for the info! Plus I'm only taking 1 trip so not worth any use of a discount card.

Than what ? (Sorry - I am not trying to be a smart aleck, but I don't understand what you are comparing the Carte Avantage Senior to)
Thanks !
Comparing it to the regular CA, if I was reading correctly
