Has anyone used this Anytime-Anywhere electronic system in France? Does it work pretty seamlessly or is it prone to computer frustrations? Are there electronic kiosks at all train stations? My understanding is that the per ticket charges include reservation fees. Is that correct? I also understand that the Anytime/Anywhere tickets aren't subject to the number of seat limits as are traditional railpasses.
I will appreciate everyone's thoughts and experiences with this concept.

I've read about this pass, but I haven't used it.
While standard fares on TGVs in France can be fairly expensive, online discount fares can be very cheap. To take advantage of these offers you need to be able to commit well in advance to specific departure dates and times because the tickets are non-exchangeable and non-refundable. Do you have a set itinerary? If so, what is it?
