Does anyone have any experiences to share, good or bad, about renting a car from Thrifty at FRA/Frankfurt Airport? Seeing a better rate for Aug '10 (1 wk + 3 days rental) then I did when I reserved back in Nov. Thanks.
You could cancel your current reservation and reserve again at the lower rate. Some companies charge a change fee - not sure if Thrifty does, but if so, you'd need to factor that in.
Nancy, thanks for replying. Thrifty doesn't charge for changing reservations - I have rebooked at the lower rate. I am hoping someone out there has rented thru Thrifty at FRA might and can share their experience.
Thrifty in Germany only exist as a virtual brand. The operation and everything else is handled by Terstappen.de. The car will be provided by Terstappen. Like Sixt, who is now #1 in the German car rental market, Terstappen started in the 1960s with a gas station and a VW beetle he rented out on hourly basis... Terstappen opened his Frankfurt airport base in 2009 - and is in Terminal 2 only.
