I am having difficulty finding a low price to fly from Boston to Dubrovnik in Croatia in November. One company offering discount rates (Croatia Travel Agency, New York' I believe) I cannot find any information about that company and I am leery of using an unknown company. They do have the lowest price.... Thank you.

I would go ahead and book with them using a credit card for payment. They should give you a confirmation number for the reservation. Go to the airline's website and, using that number, confirm that the booking has been made. If it has not or if there is any question that cannot be immediately resolved you simply notify the credit card company that you are disputing the charge and you will not be liable for any costs.
