After leasing a car for 4 weeks in Europe we plan to fly from Paris to Mykonos. Any thoughts on good, inexpensive one way flights?

The one discount airline I can find that flies that route is easyjet...but it's not cheap until you approach mid-August. You will probably find something cheaper if you go via Athens, but it'll take longer. If you do the run in two parts, make sure you are ticketed all the way thru in case you miss the second flight. For discount airlines like easyjet, etc, each leg is completely separate, so if the first leg is delayed and you miss the second leg, you're out of luck.
