I am traveling to europe to see a few of the larger cities.
My question is, do I fly or purchase the train package?
Which is more cost beneficial and or recommended? Please share

Flying into London from San Francisco, then Barcelona, Paris, Rome and Zagreb(Croatia)
I will be in every city for 2 days max....except Croatia since I have family there and will be there for 2 weeks.

I suggest that you change your itinerary to London-Paris-Barcelona-Rome-Zagreb.
Take the Eurostar from London to Paris.
Either take a night train from Paris to Barcelona or fly on a budget airline (easyJet or Vueling).
Fly Vueling from Barcelona to Rome.
Croatia Airlines has the only direct flight from Rome to Zagreb.
