I saw this notice on TripAdvisor. The Zurich Flughafen (airport) train station will be closed for maintenance on four consecutive weekend in January/February, with very limited service. Details here:
If you are not arriving on these weekends you should be fine.
As noted in the announcement there will be alternative services available, just perhaps not as straight forward.
Right now, showing the No 10 tram to Oerlikon, then train to Zurich HB, or stay on the tram all the way to Zurich HB.
I assume there will be signs directing people to the S10 tram stop? From what I can find, it takes 35 minutes to reach Zurich if you stay on rather than changing to the train at Oerlikon.
