Hi! my son is currently studying in Florence. He wants to go to Prague for his break week. He does not have a Eurailpass. Any ideas on the best/economical way to do this?
Thanks for your help!
By train, Prague is a one-way 19.0+hr. train ride from Florence. By budget airline, it's quicker and much less expensive if you can get the cheapest tickets. There are no budget flights to Prague from Florence. However, if your son takes the train to Milan Malpensa (MXP), I see EasyJet flights to Prague. I looked at fares for Mon April 13 and they were 55.99Euro. Other days were as low as 42.99Euro. These are very good fares this close in as the closer you get to the flight date, the higher the fare.
