Is it possible to take a train from Florence to Chiusi. I'm staying in Pienza and was informed that the closets public transportation is in Chiusi.

Using trenitalia.com I found tickets for €17 (2nd cl) on a Sunday in April. Takes about 2 hours. I then used viamichelin.com and found it takes about 45 minutes to drive to Pienza. Maybe someone knows about bus service? (I have never been to Pienza but these are the sites I would use to figure out how to get there.)

You will have to have connections like 112 to Siena then to Florence or go to Montepulciano then connect to Chiusi.
