I would like to fly from an Italian airport, preferably Florence to Egypt. Does anybody have affordable any suggestions? Thank you very much!

Affordable is a relative term. I doubt you will find many or any direct flights from Florence. You will have to probably switch to Rome or Milan and then try both the mainline carriers as well as the LCCs. I believe Air Berlin and a few others fly into Cairo or some of the Red Sea tourist resorts. However, you will need to connect somewhere in Europe.
Check out whichbudget.com to determine airlines that connect the two countries and take it from there.
