In 2024 AMS will be cutting flights to a level 10% below 2019 levels. If you have a 2024 flight through AMS booked, you might want to keep an eye in it. So much for flight prices going down next year.

It's a necessary step, sometime quality of service and quality of life are more important than endless growth.
This does mean the ticket prices to AMS will be higher next year.
I think it means the cost of going to Europe, any airport, will go up. Some of those flights can go through other airports, but I doubt all. Fewer flights, higher prices. But fewer and more expensive flights might improve the tourism experience.
There were a few times prior to 2019 that a multi-city flight to LHR and home from AMS was a whole lot cheaper than a round trip to LHR, and a perfect reason to take the ferry from the UK to the continent and make a hook through.
