Just a heads up, if you have booked a flight originating from the Netherlands after July 1st, can't be a layover, you may be eligible for a refund as the Dutch government did away with the Netherlands Passenger Tax. KLM and Air France already have information on their websites about it. I had to call US Air about my tickets but was able to get a refund of $60.33 on each one.
