Flights from St. Petersburg

WE will be on a TallIin, Helsinki, St. Petersburg tour this fall, and will be flying out of St. Petersberg to Amsterdam on Estonian Air. Has anyone encountered any airport problems departing Russia, assuming all paperwork is in order?
