Flights From Rome to Atlanta

I am flying open jaw: Into London and out of Rome. I'm having trouble finding a good website to purchase cheap flight from Rome to ATL. Can anyone lead me in the right direction?

Sounds like you are trying to purchase two one-way tickets -- that is not an open jaw ticket. You would use the same web site for the entire ticket. You are looking for a multi-city round trip ticket.

Kasinda - you need a website that allows you to enter "multi-city trips." Here are some suggestions:

www.kayak.com

www.mobissimo.com

www.vayama.com

Travelocity and Orbitz also do multiple city destinations.

Since you're in Atlanta (my former hometown) check out the Delta site (www.delta.com). On www.kayak.com, they are recommending a Delta flight from ATL-LGW then FCO-ATL for $901 in October (Time between flights was 2 weeks). Both flights were non-stops! When looking into London, sometimes it helps to specify Airport LGW or LHR - You can get very different search findings as these two London airports are serviced by different major carriers.

From ATL, London is one of the least expensive destinations in Europe. We flew there every year from ATL after XMAS for seven years and got some great prices. Rome is on the higher end of the rate scale, which we're finding out as we make plans to head home to ATL for this XMAS. Time of year from Rome is also more of an impact than to London - not sure when you're coming but between November and March (with the exception of XMAS holidays) is the least expensive time to return from Rome.

I have a few other sites (as I find flights for all our visiting friends) but these are probably a good place to start! Good luck!
