I am looking to fly from Paris to Venice in December. It seems that Air France has round trip tickets that are about $175-$200 round trip but much, much higher one way. Is there any problem booking the round trip but only using one leg?

Steve, you might want to check out easyjet.com for 32 Euro flights! If the flight times don't work for you, you might find others on skyscanner.net or whichbudget.com. FYI: "Venice-Treviso" is not conveniently located but is (if I remember correctly,) an hour bus ride away from Venice.

Yes, Steve, that's the barebones price.....But even if you need several of the add-ons, it shouldn't come to $175!
