Tried putting the example flight number listed in my Google search bar and it worked!

www.flightradar24.com is a good source if you want to track flights.

For iPhones, if you text the flight number (like SWA 2583) to somebody, they can just click on it in the text message and it will show a tracking map. And then you can click on it in the Sent message. Hidden feature.
