Which is the cheaper to time fly to Ireland: Feb or March 2010? Or are they roughly the same? How much in advance should I book my flight? Thanks for your thoughts!

In my experience it has always been cheaper in February. One year I got a fare of $99 each way, and the other time I got a fare of $119 each way. It hasn't been that cheap in awhile, but those kinds of fares were usually for travel in Jan-Feb.
