I'm having trouble getting from Prague to Spain on a plane that doesn't take the whole day. Is there any airline that flys direct from Prague to Spain that I am missing?

Hi Barb,
Are you trying to fly to a specific city in Spain? Madrid? Barcelona?
I usually try www.whichbudget.com to check airlines that fly between cities/countries.

THanks I will try that web site. I know it has to be easier than I have found so fra. I looked into Bacelona, Madrid and Seville.

I found what I am looking for but they don't have posted fares until about a month before I want to leave Prague.

That flight covers a lot of miles. Prague to Barcelona is 849 miles. Most airlines will fly through a hub city and that always takes more time. Keep that in mind when you search for a flight.
I did a search for you and found these airlines which fly between Barcelona and Prague and which you can research: Air France, CSA Czech Airlines, Smart Wings, Korean Air, Clickair, IBERIA.
One airline showed a flight time of 2 hours, 25 minutes. Most airlines fly that route only once a week.
