Need to fly round trip from Cyprus to Cairo cheap! What is the best "cheap" airline to use for the journey....

I am in the same boat. Looking to fly from Tel Aviv to Larnaca, Cyprus and there is no cheap airline. The only flight is on Cyprus airways and since there is no competition, the cost is high for a very short flight.
Any one know of a good travel agent in Israel/Tel Aviv?
