oh boy, we are looking to fly into Amsterdam next May. what can you do but pay the higher price if they go up.
There is a higher court that can hear the case, ( no idea how fast that process may be), so immediate cuts of the proposed 12%, from 500K to 440k per year is not a certainty, but definitely a possibility.
AMS has been in existence since its 1949, post war rebuild. Folks who move into the airport flight path and then complain about the noise just need to be ignored. The airport was there long before they moved in of their own volition.
